2. Service Inquiries and Consultations
- All inquiries and service requests are handled directly through our contact forms found on our website or directly by email. We do not offer an e-commerce service or direct purchase option on this website.
- Quotes provided are valid for 7 days and may be subject to change after that period. All pricing and details will be confirmed before any work begins.
3. Customization and Design Approval
- Petite Prints & Design provides a digital proof for all custom designs. We require written approval of the digital proof before proceeding with production. By approving the proof, you agree that the design, text, and all other elements are correct.
- Any requested changes after proof approval may incur additional fees.
4. Intellectual Property
- All custom designs created for clients remain the intellectual property of Petite Prints & Design and may not be reproduced or used without our consent.
- By working with Petite Prints & Design, clients grant permission for us to use images of completed projects in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
5. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared through our website, including contact details and project information, will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties except as needed to fulfill our service commitments.
6. Limitation of Liability
Petite Prints & Design is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario. By using this website, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario for any disputes arising from these Terms.
